HyperX Cloud II problems?

Hey guys, I've just purchased a pair of HyperX Cloud II from amazon on cyber Monday and I've experienced a few problems in audio quality. If you don't know already it comes with its own "sound card" that ends in a usb and whenever I am using it voices on teamspeak sound completely different from using the jack directly. I have also noticed crackling and popping when using the soundcard provided, has anybody else encountered these issues?

I have experienced a bit of crackling but only once every few days for a couple seconds thats all. Other than that and the slightly degraded mic quality im lovin the cloud IIs  :D

It's not as bad if I don't touch the 7.1 button I have noticed, the mic isn't an issue as I use my condenser
