No Video Output or POST Code on SuperMicro

Hello,

I'm doing a home server build and I'm using the SuperMicro X7dcl-3 board (dual 771 sockets and ddr2) and the speaker is not beeping any code, the fans are all on, but there is no video output. The output is the on board VGA and I have tried all the basic tricks to no success.
