GTA 5 mods not working

Hey guys, i need help every time i go to install a gta 5 vehicle mod for single player this happens:

JCDaFnA.jpgWhat am i doing wrong??? It's as if i corrupt the game every time i try to install a mod Every damn time i try to install a vehicle mod this happens can someone please help me.

Right click run as admin and try again?
