Hi I was wondering what is the best way to get Windows 10 on a new PC wothout paying £100/$100

Buy a key from Reddit or G2A. Download the Windows version the key is for's ISO, then create a bootable USB drive using Microsoft's Media creation tool.

From licensing standpoint, other methods are out of bounds. ;)
