minecraft technic launcher problems

my launcher has failed to even start, i have deleted and re downloaded it a couple times but it still wont start, I do not even get the symbol of it when it is suppose to start up. I don't understand whats doing this as it worked fine before.but today this is happening. anybody knows how to solve it?

What OS are you running? has it every launched before? Try running it as ADMIN for the first time launching it. Make sure you allow it past UAC

windows 10.

i worked fine yesterday but today when i started my pc up it did nothing

guys it's all fine now.
i reinstalled java 3 times but now it works for some reason
