Twitch Live-streaming Help

I wanted to get into live-streaming on twitch some time after Christmas, but I have no idea what the recommended download/upload speeds are. I think my minimum is 35 MB/s for download and 8 MB/s for upload. Is that enough for 1080p 60fps streaming?

You'll be limited by the 3500kbps upload limit of Twitch, and at that bitrate, 1080p@60fps won't be pretty.  Either do 720@60 or 1080p@30 and you'll be fine.  Your upload is enough for anything on Twitch.
