Cheapo UPS for home NAS

Hello errybody. I'm looking for a fairly cheap NAS that would allow for the NAS at my grandma's to have about 10 minutes of run time before it's out of power.

 

One CRUCIAL thing is that it needs to be able to communicate with the UPS over USB or serial so that it can shut itself off, because most of the time there is nobody home to attend to it.

 

So, to give you all an indication of the power this thing draws, here is the part list. HOWEVER, this is what it will be like in its most power-hungry configuration.

 

Intel Q6600 @ stock

2x2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM

Lenovo G31T-LM

ADATA SP600 64GB

2x WD RED 4TB

Corsair CX430M (piss off CX haters, don't care about what you think, this is the most tank like PSU I've EVER owned)

3-4 case fans

I'm going to stick with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, since I REALLY like how easy it is to set it up and for others to use it. Like holy ass, once I got my head out of my rear end, it was painfully easy to get going for 5 or so users.

 

All I have to do is get a web-based setup going for mobile devices to compliment the local storage deal for the computers on the network (which will take no time at all if I use the one third-party program I've used for a few years), and this thing will be mint.

What about something like this? It's not exactly the best thing money can buy, but it also gets the job done without catching fire. I know for certain it's also compatible with NUT and has a windows specific program with the same functionality (turn off when battery <50%, etc).

That one rustikles linked is really good I still have on running strong after 5 years that I used for my system and now for networking equipment.
