Creating a system image fails in Windows 10 - 0x807800C5

I'm trying to backup my computer(create a system image) so in case something goes awry when installing a fresh copy of 10 on my SSD tomorrow, I'll have something to fall back to.

 

Well, I've tried it probably about 5-7 times now, trying a few different things, but I'm still receiving the same 2 errors.

 

I'm trying to backup the partitions it has selected by default(C: drive and a couple partitions) to an external HDD, and it just won't work.
