I'm on a budget of £700, can anyone tell if this is a good build? I'd like to be able to play Fallout 4 1080p 60FPS will this PC do that?

Fallout 4 sits at about 70% GPU usage at max settings on my 970 stock and since the 390 is better card you should have no problem at all.

i was going back and forth like "why the hell downgrade the mobo..."

 

then i realised SSD. +1 from me on that one.
