"Your order is on hold" Motorola

So I ordered a moto x yesterday and today I received an email saying my order is on hold, this is my second time ordering the phone. The first time they couldn't contact the "cancel order office" or whatever and I had do cancel my order because the representative I was talking to couldn't tell me why it got canceled. Has this happened to anyone else?

call them again and ask why its on hold, where are you buying it from? They might be the issue.
