Remote mouse using BLUETOOTH?

Hi all,

I apologize for the all caps title, but I just want to emphasize this specifically needs to be via Bluetooth, not wifi or any other protocol.

Anywho, I need a remote mouse/keyboard app for my Android phone that will work with my PC. Most use a local network, but my campus wifi solution doesn't allow for such a setup. Does anyone know of any free apps that can do this?

you also just named the most overkill app imaginable for this purpose..

the issue with bluetooth is ideally your phone would have to connect to your pc as a bluetooth keyboard/mouse, but that'd require some VERY low level programming, that may actually break your android install if done badly.
