Google+ & YouTube name change

Hi guys,

I am currently using the same account for my YouTube channel, school and my phone but it is using my YouTube nickname everywhere since I created this YouTube account back in 2011, way before Google+ existed.

You can understand that is not so professional if your teacher has to share something on Google Drive or send you an email and when you reply, it shows your YouTube username.

So, is there a way where I can change my Google+ username to my real name for my phone and school without changing the nickname used for YouTube? :)
