You might have contracted adware on your computer (malware but with ads) run a virus scan

If both fail, completely uninstall chrome, and delete all temp files. Look for new unwanted extensions in chrome

If MalwareBytes failes I always use this thing here, the adwcleaner: Link to DL-website

 

You know the old version is way better.... it still downloads latest definitions too... can be found here
