So Just a Question here and wasnt shure were to put it but I am planing to buy an old server grade motherboards aswell as 2 CPUs (the mobo has 2 CPU sockets), aswell as some ram and HDDs to set this up as a home storage system and NAS (I think those things are kinda the same if not please correct me). What I am wondering is if I would be able to Record Games on my PC then transfer them to the server and have its processers render the video leaving my computer free to be used? Would it be efficent? If so are there any forseable bottlenecks, problems, and compatablility issues? Thanks for your time!! All advice and comments welcome.
