New Motherboard

So I want to upgrade my motherboard and dont want to get a new cpu. I have an intel core i7 920 socket 1366 LGA. i also have a geforce gtx 750 Ti from asus. My current mother board is a dell studio xps 435t / 9000 motherboard. I would like it fit in my nzxt pantom case. any recommendations? I want to keep the ddr4 ram if possible
