Load the ISO in it, select your flash drive, done.

doesnt work, thing I downloaded only repairs and removes, also just for windows 7

Um, it isn't just Windows 7. It might say so in the name, but I have used this tool multiple times to put not only the Windows 7 and 8.1, but also the Windows 10 ISO, made from the media creation tool, on a USB drive, it works flawlessly. In fact I'm retrying it right now just to "make sure" it really works, and it does.

And if you only see repair&remove when trying to install it, it means it's already installed.

i use 7zip for extract a 1:1 copy into a freshly formatted thumbdrive. usually works.

i also had a multiboot usb created using easy2boot. a little daunting knowing which extension to rename your iso files, but really helpful once you set it up properly.

I use it to load win7 repair, windows defender offline, hirens, acronis 2014, lenovo diagnostics, all on the same thumbdrive.

I used rufus, if i did it correctly and I open the usb should it have these folders "boot" "efi" "sources" 'support" and these files "autorun" "bootmgr" "bootmgr.efi" and "setup"
