Im trying to make a bootable usb drive for windows 8.1 pro. I've been using the tool from Microsoft http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media 

But in the end it doesnt want to do so, says theres a parameter problem or something.

Am I doing something wrong?
