Budget Gaming

scotfrog14

How do i get my OS onto the SSD without getting the bloatware on it?

WAT. You put the os straight onto the ssd when you start setting up the computer.

Is DDR4 necessary? I plan to upgrade my RAM to 16gb in the summer anyway so RAM capacity isn't an issue and what is skyline?

Skylake is intel's newest series of cpus. The board listed should giving you longer socket compatibility. Yes, DDR4 is necessary.

Yeah I wouldn't wait for a cooler. If you are on a budget like this I made a $1000 build guide (that failed compared to my last one) that you should check out. http://pcpartpicker.com/guide/2PKH99/ghillie-z1-ultimate-1000-build You don't need a mobo that expensive at this price range, the Extreme3 is really good for the price. But if you get that you might need a different gfx card because red+blue=no. I like the Sapphire R9 390 but its always going out of stock everywhere :L. The Gigabyte G1 Gaming R9 390 is good tho. Anyway

If i get the SSD first won't i get bloatware on it?

No?

Better to get it now so you wont have to reinstall Windows on it later when you get it.

$1000 is budget to me... I have always thought budget is $500-$1200 because after that you get diminishing return in your money.

There have DDR3 skylake mobos tho! but then skylake just isn't worth it because there is barely a performance diff and gaming and the i5-6600k is like wat 330 on amazon and 4690k is like 210 on newegg so rn just don't bother.

Does bloatware not apply when you just buy the OS instead of buying an already built PC?

Will the HAF 912 work instead, I really like the idea of better airflow...
