WASD keyboards

I make a custom skin for keyboard in imagine and I wanna know if it´s maded ok and they can print it. I do it as they say in tutorial but I´m still not super sure. There is a union jack in background and text.

I don't see any Union Jack.

When I open it in inkscape I see it but when I open it in chrome i cannot see it. I wanna know how to repair it. Do you know it? As I say, I do it as they said in tutorial: http://support.wasdkeyboards.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1509473-custom-layouts-advanced-working-with-images-
