adjusting value build

I am looking to get the most value out of my pc. I have made a list of some proposed components but I am afraid that I am spending to much on some parts and saving where i shouldn't. this pc is going to be used for some gaming, mostly easy to run games but i do like far cry 4.

I would like your input on the part choices to help me pick. I live in the Netherlands so prices are going to be way higher than in the usa.

ps currently using a basic laptop so any graphics card will be a nice upgrade
