siggi376

Basically title says it all. I was just watching a video on youtube when my computejust shut down. I don't get any response from it when I try to turn it back on. I've left it for about 20 minutes and tried turning back on but nothing happens.

Specs:

Corsair H100i

GTX 980Ti

Corsair AX860

MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM

Samsung 250gb SSD

2TB Seagate HDD

How?

Connect something of low value to it like a fan then jump the green cable to the black one and check the voltages.

Yellow=12v

Red=5v

Green=3v

Black=0v

if the power sully works then it's something else (most likely motherboard)

btw, re-seating everything is a good first step if you haven't already.

Switch off the PSU for a few seconds then switch it back on. Check your power cables are attached properly and clear the CMOS.
