Hello guys! Maybe some of you will hate me for posting this topic but hey... its Off-Topic ! 

 

So i am skinny guy who wants to transform into something better and bigger .... ( I just want muscles... big arms, abs... etc ) 

 

 

My question is can you guys recommend me good forum that i can ask some questions about this kind of stuff on it ? ( I kinda feel unconfortable to show you pics or ask something about it here )

That's also what I recommend. A forum might be a good place to get ideas, opinions and you can learn more about the theorie, but the practice is a whole different story.

Good idea i will try find someone.

Get a small weights set (like 3kg) and do 50 reps each arm twice a day. Do sit-ups until you're tired and push-ups the same. That'll give you a good upper body physique.

As for the lower body, somply cycle to work/school.

I actaully train with 5kg dumbel atm. I decide to train 1 week ago and following Youtube tutorials for abs, chest, biceps etc, but i am not sure what i am doing and what i need to eat, so thats why i asked for forum. I have so many questions on my head. 

For example: Why i am 69kg 172cm skinny boy and some people are exact same specs ( 69kg 172cm ) but they have bigger, stronger, sexier musculs than me like how this works.... we are same specs but they have as twice as my arm. 

Imo you're not skinny if you have almost 70kg and 172cm. I'm 178 and 57kg. No, I'm just fine, I don't have anorexia

Well maybe i am just normal teen, but i put myself as skinny, becuase when i see somebody with same body specs like me who looks as twice as me this makes me think actually how small i am and motivates me to become like him.

I follow youtube tutorials, but i am not exacly sure what i am doing and what i need to eat to see progress. ( I have so many questions on my head...........)

That is just one awesome advice you gave me, because i wanted to do it for others and for me, but i want to do it more for me now.  I want to show to this motherfuckers who dont bealive on me what i can become!

I would say start off slow and do what you can until you have perfect for try to look at your form and correct it using mirror etc. Until you have perfect form dont increase weights and dont worry if you dont get results asap can take 6 weeks plus. If you're able  maybe try a diet or track your macros.

Training Exercises: 

Back/bis:
Barbell rows 
Dumbbell rows
Chin-ups 
Straight bar curl
Hammer curl

Chest/tris:
Dumbbell press
Dumbbell Flys
Dips 
Skull crushers
Tricep extensions

Shoulders/legs:
Overhead press
Dumbbell shoulder press
Upright rows
And whatever you can manage for legs. (I say lunges are good with Dumbbells)
Add deadlifts whatever day you feel you can.
