Flushing Radiators?

So i am currently starting to build my own custom loop and i figured while i wait for the rest of my parts to arrive i will flush my radiators. However my question is what should i use to flush them? I do not have any access to distilled water as it is extremely difficult to find where i am and i cant get a hold of any. 

 

What is the best thing to use if not distilled water?

Warm tap water works. Add in vinegar and it's even better.

Normal water does still work, make sure it's luke warm and add some white vinegar

Also you can try distilled vinegar

I normally flush with tap water then rinse it out with some distilled water....

 

Then again, distilled water here is $0.80/gal at just about any store.
