Please give me some feedbacks! Will it run most of the games at MAX settings?

get a chepaer mobo/ssd and remove the aftermarket cooler.

with the money upgrade to a 380, and you got a 1080p beast

You can always ad another 8GB of RAM. You can also ad an SSD in the future :)

EDIT: You can swap the case for an NZXT S340. Its a nice looking case and it's also cheaper.

Radeon 390 is too expensive here in Thailand, so I'm planning to upgrade it later if I need it

The R9 390 is a very good card. For me it's worth the money.

You are trading prettiness for performance. I'd suggest you get a less expensive MB and ditch the cooler, since the one that comes with the processor should give you acceptable temps and be quiet enough. Any MB should be fine, as long as it has all the features you need, like USB 3.0. With the money you saved you can get up to a 4 GB R9 380X around $800: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MHN4cf
