Ok, I'm thinking I5 4460 with a black mobo, 8GB RAM (you don't need 16) and a R9 380x, what say other users?

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

For the case you could go with the Be Quiet Silent Base 800; it's a great black/orange case

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

Not sure what to do with the Mouse.

If it's too pricey, get a smaller SSD.

That 850w can support 2x 390x. And it has Orange decals on it. Also a very reliable PSU.

--------------------------

Here is a revised build. It should be closer to your budget. Had to make some sacrifices.

only 8gb of ram. (you'll just have to upgrade after you can afford it.)

750w bronze instead of 850w. So it's not enough to Crossfire.

But it brings it down to $1107.

You could even sacrifice off the CPU Cooler. Just don't overclock till you get one.

Yea, in an updated build I made, I put in the Be Quiet! CPU Cooler.

I was going to lower it down to 120GB, but it was an $11 difference between the 120 and 240 Samsung 850s.

If you went with a lower end SSD and kept it hidden (so it doesn't throw off the Color Zen), then that sounds like a plan.

You can get a 120 for like $40-$45.

If the budget can take it you might consider the Nzxt Kraken X41 or X61 cpu cooler. They have software controlled HUE lighting of the design on the pump head. NZXT Kraken X41  or NZXT Kraken X61 .

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
