Planning Build

Wingxiii
Hello,
I am planning to make a rig for myself. I am mostly going to use it for gaming and a bit of multitasking work. To name a few games that I play, Dota, CS, starcraft 2, Fallout4 and GTA V.
I am planning to run a dual screen setup. It's my first time planning and building alone. Any advice will be appreciated.

My budget is around what is picked.

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler  ($104.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($124.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB Twin Frozr Video Card  ($424.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair Air 540 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($119.99 @ Amazon)

If you're gonna get a BEAST D15 cooler and a z97 motherboard, there should be no reason why not to get a 4690k and overclock it.

I am not planning to overclock the system.

Okay, I shall take your advice on dropping the cooler and swapping to 4460/H97 n 980ti

I am not entirely sure what do u mean by swap that drive for a blue or black.

WD has their series in color.

Red, Green, Blue, Black, etc.

Black is the best, but pricey, so blue is the most popular choice
