Deleting a Program

I managed to somehow delete it.  I don't know how......

I was recently trying to delete a program and its applications/parts in my file searcher thing.  I could only delete some parts of it and the others said they were running in MEEClientService.  I went to my task manager and the only thing similar to MEEClientService that I found was Client Server Runtime process.  Would these two things be the same and if not how could I stop running this programs.  Thanks- Daniel

 

Ps: (Program: Malwarabytes) (Os: 8 or 8.1)
