Can i overclock?

No. I have a similar board and Intel did not allow any overclocking on these series of boards. You can overclock your ram though but depends the dims being used, other than that they are great reliable motherboards and you will be fine at stock though it will bottleneck it's not all that bad.

I went on amazon and ordered the Intel DQ45CB Micro ATX Desktop Board  i tried to findout if it could support overclocking but no luck can you guys confirm if i can overclock on the board if so i would overclock my q6600 that im ordering

Console is better because its cheaper ~console peasants

Naa your good, 775 boards that overclock are becoming way to expensive now to be worth while for use cases like yours. I think you will be happy with that board :)
