Arc Touch Mouse (non-Bluetooth) App

I just got my Arc Touch Mouse from Amazon. I plugged it in and enjoyed the use, until I scrolled. After that I noticed the mouse would vibrate and make a noise similar to clicks. It's pretty loud, and there isn't a physical toggle. The control app I found only recognizes the Bluetooth mice. What should I do?
