You're good with that Seasonic. Your PC with overclocks will probably be under 350W.

It's way more than decent. Top quality.

A 650 watt PSU will do you fine here. If you want to expand your system like adding dual GPUs etc, without changing you PSU to a higher wattage one, a 750 watt PSU is good.
