3D settings don't apply?

Hello Folks!

 

Every time I try to force any 3D settings in the Control Center the settings don't apply in any games. I tried it with basically my whole Steam libraray, and not once did any of the AA or Vsync settings I forced apply.

I hoped that Crimson might fix that but I tried that too and nothing worked.

 

I really hope someone has a solution to this problem, because there are a ton of games out there that need some better AA.

 

Anyways, any help is appreciated!

 

My system uses an R9 290. I tried the newest drivers, plus the newest beta drivers. I'm on Windows 10.
