Sony Vegas Pro 11 Letterbox Help

Basically I'm trying to rending a video clip in Sony Vegas Pro 11, and it's extremely clean in the preview, however when rending I can see artifacts and distortion. Never had this issue before, probably a project setting or something.

I've purposely letterboxed the video, however I'm getting flickering which reveals all of the frame.

Have you used this camera before? Some cameras video just don't work with certain editing software. and does the raw video file(s) play fine i another video player or editor?

You could try to encode the raw video into a different format and the import it in Vegas
