Would that corsair psu happen to be a CX, if so (actually either way really) I'd say yes you should upgrade to say a 550, preferable a more trustworthy model

I wouldn't run a 380 off a 430W, get a 500W from SeaSonic,Super Flower, EVGA's GS/GQ/G2/B2 series, Cooler Master's V/VSM series
