special OS?

have been wondering this for quite some time now and i cant seem to find anything anywhere and  i have  searched google many times (also sorry if this is in the wrong place or im doing something wrong only my third post)

so i own a small computer shop and i build desktops and sell them and repair peoples computers, when i go to any big computer stores or shops they usually have display mode videos or special operating systems installed and i cannot find them anywhere 

something like a video on an HP computer that would show you the specs and everything like that sort of like retail mode you can activate on some samsungs (i seen that when i looked this up)

i would really like to have that to make the shop look a little better, anybody know where i can find something like that?

you can probably set those videos as wallpapers to the pcs so they run until someone exit the screen saver mode

Its probably a simple program that sets itself to the front after a set amount of time

yes thats something like what i want the only problem is i have to find where to get the videos

Have you tried contacting the manufacturers? That would be the first starting point.

Or try to get the info from someone who works in one of those stores.

It's not a custom os, it's just a fullscreen video player. You'd need to make your own videos and just loop them on something like vlc.

most often its either a video on full screen like mentioned above OR its a typically OS (win 7, win 10, Ubuntu, mint, fedora) that has some customizations (backgrounds, icons, perhaps a special theme) and locks on most the apps and commands.
