Vrm temps and artifacts

I have an msi r9 390 I have the power limit at + 50%, the core clock at 1175, the voltage at + 100%, the vrm temps went as high as 95 with the GPU around 90, and I get artifacts. What should I do?

you lost the silicon lottery - 1175 is average for a 390 - you just got a bad overclocker

Well it was the "lite edition" that has a clock of 1005 mhz. Maybe thats why.

Those cards are lower-binned and usually get worse clocks and temps

The performance difference is only small though, right? between this card and a more overclocking friendly one at max oc?

the normal one achieves around 1200 to 1250 usually. It's about 3-4% I'd imagine
