Yes, you can use the same CPU on a new MoBo, as long as they are compatible (same socket etc).

You will have to reinstall windows and all that exciting stuff.

Yeah you can download an ISO from's Microsoft's site (providing you have a valid key).

They give you on-screen instructions to install it onto the USB i think.

usb or dvd but if you never done it before use dvd because the usb have to be "primed" to boot then you go to bios and change boot priorities

i dont really have a choice... the case doesn´t have a dvd writer...

I built a build for a friend in that case and while I very well admit it could have been my cable management skills as I have only built a few PCs I had a little bit of trouble containing all the wires behind the case without having bend in the back of the case.  The foam was really my main problem and I have heard some reviews of the glass scratching easily but the case I received didn't have that issue.  For those of you who are interested the build was as follows.

Build:

CPU: I7-4790K

Radiator: Corsair H100i GTX

GPU: ASUS 970 STRIX

Motherboard: MSI Z97-Gaming

RAM: 32 GB G.Skills Ripjaws X (I tried my best to tell this kid that there was no point in this much RAM for gaming but he wouldn't listen to me)

SSD: Intel 730

HDD: Western Digital 2TB Caviar Black

Fans: The ones on the case were nice enough and pretty quiet but if you need new ones Corsair SP120 Quiet Editions are nice

Just as an aesthetic thing if your gonna buy a case with a window its best to choose a color theme and make things match otherwise you have this disgusting looking rainbow of green, blue, and red most likely.
