Shorted FP connectors?

SO I think I might have shorted some of the front panel connectors on my Rampage II Gene.  I have no way to test them (They aren't hooked up) and I think they're most likely fine since the all run through southbridge and that's fine (computer boots from ssd just fine).  Anyone know if I should be good?  When I think I might have shorted them the computer was on and did not shutdown or crash.

What did you do to believe you've shorted them? Explain the symptoms your front panel connectors are showing.
