Does Rosewill make decent PSU's

I'm building a computer with an FX 6300 and one GTX 960 STRIX or maybe like an R9 285, and I'm lookign for a PSU, I do want it to be able to be upgradable, and I'm wondering if Rosewill makes decent PSU's because this seems like a great deal
