Does Rosewill make decent PSU's

I'm building a computer with an FX 6300 and one GTX 960 STRIX or maybe like an R9 285, and I'm lookign for a PSU, I do want it to be able to be upgradable, and I'm wondering if Rosewill makes decent PSU's because this seems like a great deal

Check out the PSU whitelist in my sig. A few are good.

I've never had a problem with anything from Rosewill, including PSU's so I like them.

heh, after some more searching, I found a xfx 650W for $40 after rebate
