Hey guys how would you install the drivers without a cd-rom drive?

Or is it possible to leave my case opened and then connect a cd rom drive from another pc

Download them from the internet if you can, or download/copy the files onto a USB key using another computer and then connect the USB key to the computer that needs the driver installation files.

Driver installation CD/DVDs are basically the installation files/exe's with an Autorun script or manager program.  Unless you're on OSX, in which case some of them are disk image files.

Wait, are you trying to install Windows or drivers for peripherals?  I thought you already installed Windows and now looking to install drivers for the hardware.

In that case, either temporarily install an optical drive (even a USB connected one might work) or make an installation USB key.  Install the OS first and Windows does come with some basic drivers.  After Windows has finished installing and your computer is up and running, install the rest of the drivers.
