So, I got a great deals from Micro-center during their Black Friday sales.

I got a Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970 for about $300, Enermax Coenus case for $50, Intel Core i5 4590 for about $160, EVGA PSU for about $60, Gigabyte H97M-D3H MOBO for about $70, 1TB segate HDD for $40, 8 GB of Balistix Sport RAM, and Windows 10 for $100.

Want to make sure all of these parts are compatible before I start working with them.

You got ripped off with that 970. And the ram. Anyway, parts should be compatible, but the case I don't know anything about, so look into that.
