Soundmagic e10 vs e10s

What should I get ? I live in Canada so the e10's are 45$ and the e10s's are 56$ is it worth the extra 10 or so dollars for the s model ? I'm not an audiofile I just need a decent pair of headphones for the cheapest amount possible while still maintaining decent sound quality.

I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure the S model is the same, with just an inline mic added.
