Best GPU for around $200 CAD/ Next worthwhile upgrade?

I'm looking to upgrade my tower from an Intel HD 2000, for obvious reasons, but I currently only have a budget of around $200 CAD so what would be my best option? It would also help to know what would be the next worthwhile upgrade so I don't waste money on a card that isn't really an upgrade
