Which one is better?

I want to upgrade my current set up which is an i5 4690k and a gTX 760. Now which one do you think is better? An 5820k with a 970 or a 4790k with a 980? I want to stream more and the i5 just isn't cutting it. Thoughts please.

I actually didn't even think about looking at and cards. I think I will go for a 390 looking at the numbers. Card looks really solid.
