will gtx 950 bottleneck with pdc 3220/3250/3258??

 

In games that require a quad core the pentium will be an issue, but it should be ok

somewhat yes - expect heavy stuttering in modern AAA games

really trying to buy an i3 but budget is low. I think I have to give up on gtx 950 and buy gtx 750ti instead

 

that would totally suck :/

What is your overall budget, and location, knowing the full build will help
