Graphics Card/Motherboard Help

Hello,

 

What's your opinion on these graphics cards and motherboards? Which one is the best if these are the only options?

 

Graphics Cards:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 1329MHz 4Gb 7.0GHz

ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Strix OC 1253MHz 4Gb 7.0GHz

MSI GeForce GTX 970 OC 1102/1241MHz 4Gb 7.0GHz

MSI GeForce GTX 970 TwinFrozr V 1140/1279MHz 4Gb 7.0GHz

 

Motherboards:

Gigabyte H97M-D3H mATX LGA1150 H97

MSI B85M-E45 mATX LGA1150 B85

MSI H97 PC Mate ATX LGA1150

MSI H97M-G43 mATX LGA1150

G1 gaming GTX 970 is the best out of those but I'd reccomend getting a Sapphire R9 390 Nitro or MSI R9 390 8G.  The Gigabyte is the best motherboard.  What CPU are you using?
