Windows 10 has Interactive Notifications

On Windows 10 mobile there are interactive notifications. I just got my first interactive notification on Windows 10 on my PC through the Messaging app (it's a skype app that may someday connect to your phone and do SMS hopefully, at least if you have Win10 Mobile).
