What is your other stick of memory? It may be incompatible with your stick of Corsair memory. If you have something like MemOk! on your board, try using that to see if you can get a successful post.

This happened to me once. The new stick that I bought was not working. Corsair seems to be kind of mehhh on their RAM these days. Austin got the same problem on scrapyardwars... too much of a coincidence for it to be just some few sticks, imo

Currently there is only that kit of RAM, no other sticks and there isn't a memOK button on the board.

Have you tried other sticks of memory on that particular board? Have you tried using a different DIM Slot?
