Newegg RMA Question

Idk if I posted this in the right place but I have an RMA question about newegg. Can you RMA an item if you remove the plastic wrap of the item, but end up not wanting it anymore?

If they state returns are allowed, then yes most likely. But you will be paying for shipping and might pay a restocking fee.

Looking at Newegg's FAQ for returns, if it has anything to do with DVDs, games, etc, it's non-refundable.

I was looking at their policy and it was kinda overwhelming but it says if you ordered nov2015-end of year, there is no restocking fee
