PC stuck at loading screen(windows 10)

So I booted up my PC today.

First I was stuck at a black screen

Now I get to the loading screen with a green/blue background with the circles spinning.

I wait, try to press something cuz just waiting doesnt help and somehow eventually get to the login screen.

It's super unresponsive but eventually I get to type in my password and wait for it to respond which it does in like another 10 long seconds and now its spinning circles and logging me in but its stuck at that.

So I cant get to desktop. What do I do? Everytime I restart or shut down and turn on PC the same thing happens

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M
