I'm going to build a pc with NZXT H440. I have a H100i which goes on top with two fans. The casing comes along with 4 fans, 3 up front and 1 in the back. The front fan mount has a dust filter.

With those in mind, what will be the best fan config for me to maintain a positive air pressure? As I live in a pretty dusty and hot place, bot dust control and cooling should be kept in mind with equal priorities.

Thanks In Advance!!  :)

You need to have more intake fans than exhaust fans to maintain positive pressure. 2 front intakes and 1 rear exhaust should be enough.

but I have to consider the two fans also with the radiator. that leaves me with 3 intake and 3 exhaust (the rear one with rad fans)... also, gpu fans will work as exhaust fans.

if I put the rad up front, my system might even burn! (just kidding)

I live in a pretty hot place... hot means REALLY HOT! At summer, it tops even at 40 degree Celsius!! 30-32 is an average!  :(

The H440 comes with 4 fans by default, 3 front and 1 rear.

I live in the UAE, it can't be any hotter than that.

I had that case with my nzxt x61 cooler and temps on my 4790k running at 4.5ghz @ 1.25 was around 85C under load.  That was after removing the hdd trays and adding a few more fans to the case.  It still fine as far as temps go because it won't get that hot while gaming.  However I didn't care too much for the temps and didn't wanna go under 4.5ghz so I switched to the enthoo pro and can't be happier.  However they did release an updated version of the case and now it's supposed to have better airflow but I haven't had a chance to try it out.

I know it isn't airflow optimized but that hot? I live in a pretty hot place, will I cook up my system or something!?  :P  :(

Yeah, it isn't good for airflow.  However if you aren't planning to overclock too high you'll be fine.  I'm debating whether or not to buy the new h440 since it's supposed to be better because I really like the look.
